Indigo Capital LLP is a long-established independently owned firm which manages a number of investment funds providing mezzanine and junior ranking capital to privately-owned European businesses. The firm’s track record dates back over 20 years.
Our portfolio comprises principally mezzanine capital investments in medium-sized operating businesses having a substantial part of their activities within Europe. Many of these investments are to support transactions sponsored by private equity firms, such as management buyouts, but also include financings for corporate acquisitions, business expansion and recapitalisations. As a result, we have invested alongside many of Europe’s leading private equity firms, but also independently when appropriate situations have arisen requiring a mezzanine financing solution.
