Indigo Capital is a long-established investment management firm specialising in the provision of mezzanine and junior capital to privately-owned European businesses.  Our extensive investment track record dates back nearly 20 years and today we are investing our fifth investment fund with capital resources of Euro 550 million.

We focus on investing mezzanine capital into medium-sized European businesses, often for transactions such as management buyouts, corporate acquisitions, expansion or recapitalisation.  Frequently we invest alongside leading private equity firms, although we also invest independently when appropriate situations arise requiring a mezzanine financing solution.
