About us
As a partnership ourselves, we are an independent firm owned and controlled by our own personnel. Our source of capital is our investment funds which are backed by major international institutional investors, such as private and public sector pension funds, life assurance groups, banking organisations, funds-of-funds and charitable foundations.
In each investment we make, our approach is to work in partnership with the other parties involved, be they private equity firms, other investors, management executives or creditor banks. We take pride in our informal but professional approach and our ability to react quickly to complex financing proposals and to deliver tailored solutions.
