Managed funds
Indigo Capital LLP is the manager of all our investment funds. The funds are conventionally structured as limited partnerships in which institutional investors are the limited partners and an Indigo Capital group entity is the general partner.
Within each fund, we seek to build a portfolio of investments in growth-oriented, medium-sized European businesses generating income and capital gains over a medium to long-term investment horizon.
Our current fund is Indigo Capital V L.P.. It began investing in July 2007 and has capital resources of €550 million.
Our earlier funds are now closed to new investments and have either been fully realised and liquidated or still hold investments pending realisation. See page 2 for summary details of them.
