Maria joined Indigo Capital in February 2005, covering the UK and Spanish markets.  Prior to joining Indigo, Maria was active in European private equity for 6 years first at Hermes Pensions Management and then at Henderson Global Investors.  She started her career in 1999 with the PwC Valuations & Strategy team in London.

Maria holds a BA in Economics from Cambridge University.  She completed the CFA Charter in 2003.
